What Is a Mental Health IOP?

Intensive support without an overnight stay

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured level of mental health care that sits between weekly therapy and residential treatment. You attend therapy several days a week, then go home each day, so you can keep up with work, school and family while getting far more support than a single weekly appointment.

Our Mental Health IOP will focus on primary mental health conditions, delivered by the same clinical team behind our residential mental health program, so people stepping down from residential care can continue with clinicians who already know them.
